Using a copper bottle is simple and rooted in a centuries-old Ayurvedic tradition.

1. Fill with Fresh Drinking Water

Use clean, filtered drinking water. Fill the bottle completely and close the leakproof cap securely.

2. Store for 6–8 Hours

Leave the water in the bottle for 6–8 hours or overnight. This is the traditional practice for enjoying Tamra Jal (copper-infused water).

3. Drink Throughout the Day

Enjoy the stored water at room temperature. You can refill the bottle as needed for regular hydration.

  • Gently rub the exterior with a natural paste made from Flour (atta) + Lemon + Salt.
  • Rinse with clean water and wipe dry immediately.
  • Avoid using acidic cleaners on the tin-lined interior (Kalai).
